My translation specializations include marketing and advertising within the fields of beauty, cosmetics, and entertainment. I am based in the U.S., but at at the moment residing in Ottawa, Canada. I am a member of ATA (American Translators Association) and New York Circle of Translators.
Having worked as a translator since 2012 as a full-time marketing translator both in-house and as a freelancer, I take pride in delivering high-quality Finnish translation and localization, always considering the client’s needs, the target audience and the objective of the translation.
As a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Management, I combine business knowledge with broad language and translation skills. Throughout the years I have also polished my language skills by working and studying in various language environments in different countries, including Sweden, France, Germany, and the United States.
In order to deliver quick and consistent translations, I work with different CAT tools, such as SDL Trados, Memsource, and MemoQ.
